Zero branding on packaging and flashlight. No user manual (not that one is needed, just helps with legitimacy). Chinese characters displayed on box. Took well over one month to receive flashlight. I get that products are made in China, but to have it drop shipped directly from China is ridiculous and unprofessional. I could have easily ordered the product through Temu or Ali Express and paid half the price. Totally disappointed and will never purchase a Helius product again.
