It's took A LOT longer to get the 2 pair I ordered. They came from CHINA, not Miami, and 1 was a torn box and was obviously used and repacked! This is unacceptable! They offered 20% off my order since it took so long. Haven't seen that. There has been no 20% off our order given after they offered it! And they will not respond to my request for 2 NEW pair not 1 new and 1 used.

**IT IS A SCAM!!!** These are similar quality to what you would find from Fischer Price in a child's toy. Absolute garbage product and now the company is refusing to return them and the service number 800-345-0735 is not even an actual phone number.
I have reported them to the FTC but wanted to warn other potential buyers. They must have faked a lot of reviews (now illegal) because there is no way anyone would give these 5 stars for the price. The FTC is going to have a field day with these fakes.

I am not satisfied with the product. First off the screen flickers and is jumpy, it does not record at resolution that is advertised with or without the ir on and yes I tried it both ways. It is advertised as having 5x zoom but it in fact does not zoom at all, It doesn't illuminate as far as advertised, it is advertised as having cystal clear vision for 300-600 yards and im only able to see about 120 yards, i am asking for a refund since your product does not meet the specifications in which you advertise on your website. Also your website states that all orders are prepared and shipped locally yet you gave me a china tracking number and you also failed to meet your promise of 4 to 7 days delivery. It clearly states on your website 100% money back guarantee no questions asked. Please let me know where to return this product so I can have my money.back.

On the website during purchase, it stated the product would arrive by Christmas. It’s the 28th and tracking shows the product leaving Hong Kong. I’m Disappointed my kid couldn’t receive in time. Now I’m getting emails about how the product is performing when I haven’t even recieved it. Most likely wouldn’t refer to friends because of the lack of attention to what is actually going on between marketing and shipping.
