First of all, your website is very misleading. The delivery time on the website said 3-5 business days and it took 9 days. Your address says Florida but the product shipped from China and the phone number listed is out of service. The product itself wasn’t what I expected. The screen is too small, it doesn’t zoom enough and the distance/clarity isn’t acceptable. I have already contacted the BBB and my credit card company. I would like to return these items immediately for a full refund. Your website guarantees customer satisfaction and a 30 day full refund. I am not satisfied so please send instructions on how to send them back.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Night vision goggles are super cheap, unbranded, hard to see and blurry and are poor quality. Emailed the company a few times, they stopped responding, they’ll probably block this review. Very disappointed, still hoping they’ll do the right thing and respond and issue a refund. They also have LOTS of complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau.

Order placed three weeks in advance of when needed. Still has not arrived. Website states ships from Florida. Completely untrue. Ships from China. Website should be updated to state ships from manufacturer. Allow one month for delivery. I sent an email to company. They did not address this at all. Would not recommend ever.

Buyer beware! Lots of false advertising regarding shipping and where the product ships from. Also, the phone number has been disconnected and does not work. Ordered my sight four days ago and received one e-mail saying it was being processed by a Chinese shipping company and is still being "processed". The product does NOT come from Miami as posted. 3-5 days shipping time is a blatant lie. YUN express website says an average 15 days.
