When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be dispatched 12-24 hours after being placed (Monday to Friday). 

Can I make changes to my order?

This depends on the status of your order. If your order has not left our facilities, we can make changes prior to shipment confirmation. However, if your order has been processed and shipped already, we won’t be able to make any changes. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order any time. 

If your order has already been processed and shipped, we will not be able to refund your order until we receive the package in perfect conditions.

How long will it take to get my package?

The delivery time is based on the shipping option you chose and your location. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all our orders, and the average delivery time is 2-3 days.

USA orders:

  • USPS Standard Shipping (FREE): your order will be delivered in 3 to 5 business days after being dispatched.
  • Express Shipping: your order will be delivered in 2 business days after being dispatched.

*All orders take 24 hours to process and handle and a tracking number will be provided. 

International orders:

  • FREE International Standard: your order will be delivered in 5-7 business days after being dispatched.
  • Express Shipping: your order will be delivered in 3 to 4 business days after being dispatched.

From where is my package being dispatched?

USA orders:

  • All orders will be fulfilled and dispatched from our facilities in Miami, FL. 

International orders:

  • All orders will be fulfilled and dispatched from our facilities in Miami, FL.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email providing you tracking details and a link to follow the status of your parcel.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all our orders. For other shipping methods additional costs apply. Please check rates at checkout.

Which couriers do you use? 

  • For USA orders your products will be shipped via USPS, DHL or UPS.
  • For International orders your products will be shipped via UPS International or DHL.
