2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The withdrawal of the product must be made through the website, a maximum of ten (10) calendar days after the delivery of the product.
The client must send along with the product, all the supporting documentation for the acquisition of the same (for example: billing account, invoice, remission, sales note or ticket). It will be the customer's responsibility to assume the costs generated by the transfer or shipment of the product in question.
After the product is received, a verification of the status of the product will be carried out, from which it will be decided whether to accept or reject the request. A response will be given to the customer in a term no longer than three (3) business days after receiving the product.
